Mr. B.N. Bheema Reddiar
Founder
Mr. B.N. Bheema Reddiar was born in 1947 in a small village in Karnataka. Being born in an economically backward family, he completed his Pre-university course and later was engaged in agricultural works. In 1968 he moved to Madras (now Chennai) with determination, hunger and need to become a successful person. For several years he worked numerous jobs and sold various goods of various sectors, gaining skills and knowledge of different industries.
In 1972 he started his own business - Reddiar Tools Centre (RTC) in the heritage premises of Moore Market at Chennai central which was the multimodal transit hub of the city. This was the beginning of Reddiar Tools Centre when Mr. B.N.B Reddiar started the business venture with meagre resource and overcoming numerous challenges.
Over the years the business venture became successful and the efforts started yielding but all of a sudden it had to face a big uncertainty. On 30th May 1985, the place of business was destroyed in the event of a major fire accident in the renowned commercial place which changed the face of Chennai central. The store along with the inventory and cash were burnt to ashes, but Mr. B.N.B Reddiar did not give up here. With his sheer determination and courage, he put his hands down again and started to build the establishment from the scratch.
From then till now Reddiar Tools Centre has reached great heights and is growing year after year in the Engineering tools industry by improving the customer service and diversifying the product range.
Mr. B.N.B Reddiar later ventured into poultry, agriculture and petroleum industry but still emphasises on customer value and persists in serving more and more customers with their tooling requirements by developing and expanding Reddiar Tools Centre.

Over the years we have served thousands of customers ranging from small workshops to large manufacturing companies across the nation and countries like Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East. Our customers are our number one priority, and we’re committed to solve their tooling needs.
In 1991, Reddiar Engineering Tools (RET), a sister concern of Reddiar Tools Centre was established by Mr. B. Balaji Reddiar in order to facilitate expansion and development .

Mr. Balaji Reddiar
Business Head
Mr. B. Balaji Reddiar was born in 1974 and entered in to the business field at a very young age. He had actively taken part in the business operations from which he developed a propensity towards the business. On account of his passion and hard work, he excelled in the field from the beginning.
With years of experience in the domain, Mr. Balaji reformed the product range of Reddiar Tools Centre to suit the industrial requirements of 21st century. In 1991 he established Reddiar Engineering Tools in order to facilitate expansion and development. He extended the customer service area to most parts of India and countries like Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia and The Middle East by implementing effective and efficient supply chain management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
With his experience and continuous efforts Mr. Balaji was successful in bringing Reddiar Tools Centre to greater height. He always emphasis on the happiness which was derived by solving the needs of customers and continues to strive for the development and growth of Reddiar Tools Centre.
